Key Responsibilities Lead strategic industry alignment and develop high-performing teams to address complex challenges Shape platform architecture strategy and influence product roadmaps for customer outcomes Manage business performance metrics and collaborate with teams to optimize resource deployment Required Qualifications 10-15+ years in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture leadership 5+ years managing multi-level teams, including Directors and Senior Managers Proven track record in building and scaling technical teams of 30+ professionals Deep expertise in Enterprise vertical industries or high-velocity Commercial segments Strong business acumen including P&L management and operational metrics
