Required Qualifications
10-15+ years in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture leadership
5+ years managing multi-level teams, including Directors and Senior Managers
Proven track record in building and scaling technical teams of 30+ professionals
Deep expertise in Enterprise vertical industries or high-velocity Commercial segments
Strong business acumen including P&L management and operational metrics
