Senior Director, Principal Architect/Solution Architect

As a Senior Director and Principal Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives while ensuring the successful implementation of cutting-edge solutions within client environments. This position blends hands-on delivery with high-level executive strategy, making you a key player in our mission to deliver value and drive business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

Client Leadership & Solution Strategy

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning innovative technical solutions with their business goals and long-term vision.

Design solutions for complex, large-scale engagements across various industries.

Ensure that all technical solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards and technical strategies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations for assigned clients.

Pre-Sales & Solution Development

Lead all technical pre-sales activities, from discovery to proposal development.

Oversee scoping, estimation, and cost modeling for large and intricate opportunities.

Review proposals to ensure technical integrity, feasibility, and compliance with standards.

Deliver compelling technical presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.

Delivery & Implementation Oversight

Manage the transition from pre-sales to delivery, assuring seamless execution.

Provide leadership and oversight throughout the implementation process.

Guarantee that solutions are scalable and deliver measurable client value.

Facilitate the successful adoption and realization of solutions within client environments.

Thought Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Create and disseminate best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets to enhance technical excellence.

Act as a domain expert and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Identify and implement process improvements that optimize client outcomes and enhance profitability.

Collaboration & Mentorship

Work alongside internal teams, including product and engineering, to influence product direction.

Mentor and guide junior architects and team members, fostering growth and development.

Promote cross-functional alignment and advocate for industry best practices.

Core Competencies:

Extensive experience in enterprise solution architecture and complex system design.

In-depth knowledge of identity resolution techniques and data analytics.

Hands-on expertise with modern cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake and Databricks.

Proficiency in AI/ML concepts applied to large-scale data processing.

Experience in designing real-time data architectures and Customer Data Platforms.

Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Exceptional skills in communication, relationship-building, and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years in technical pre-sales and solution implementation.

10+ years in client-facing roles, specifically with executive-level engagement.

5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing environments.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience with non-cloud to cloud migration strategies.

Familiarity with Clean room technologies and real-time data processing architectures.

Knowledge of AI/ML-enabled analytics solutions.
