Senior Director, Technical Architecture and Enablement

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Director / Senior Director, Technical Architecture & Enablement to lead the strategy, development, and execution of the technical enablement program for the global Mission force System Integrator (SI) partner ecosystem supporting public sector markets. They will define the enablement vision, build scalable programs, and ensure partners are prepared to implement Mission force solutions successfully in highly regulated government environments.Key Responsibilities Identify and lead internal critical initiatives to grow the consulting practice; serve as an active contributor to the community’s overall knowledge base and expertise.Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.Work collaboratively, demonstrating strong communication skills, especially in teaching complex concepts and creative, prescriptive thinking.Define and lead the global Mission force partner enablement strategy to scale implementation capacity across the SI ecosystem.Expand the technical depth and capabilities of global SI and strategic partners supporting Mission force.Partner closely with Product Management to ensure partner readiness for new product launches (NPI) and critical product updates (CPU).Ensure partners are prepared to deliver solutions across secure and regulated environments.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CSG, and Global Partner teams to align enablement programs with go‑to‑market priorities.Drive alignment between Salesforce internal teams and SI partners to accelerate adoption and delivery success.Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on ecosystem readiness and partner strategy.Engage executive leadership across strategic partners to drive alignment on roadmap, delivery capabilities, and market expansion.Provide executive reporting on partner readiness, ecosystem maturity, and program effectiveness.Minimum Requirements 10+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform.Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.U.S. In selected cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas, the base salary range is $228,600 – $348,600 annually.
