Senior Educational Facilities Planner - K-12 Master Planning

This is a strategic, client-facing role ideal for professionals who enjoy: Lead districtwide facilities master planning and capital programsGuide decisions on modernization, replacement, growth, and consolidationAlign enrollment projections and educational programs with facility needsDevelop capital improvement plans, including prioritization and phasingPartner with architects and engineers to transition planning into designPresent recommendations to leadership teams, boards, and communitiesFacilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions 8–10+ years in facilities planning, architecture, or capital programsExperience with K–12 master planning or bond-funded projectsStrong ability to translate data into actionable planning strategiesExcellent presentation and stakeholder communication skillsExperience working with or within A/E/C teams California public school experience (CDE/DSA familiarity)Experience presenting to boards or executive leadershipProfessional licensure or advanced degree (a plus, not required) If you’re passionate about shaping the long-term future of K–12 school districts and want to see your work move from strategy to reality, we’d love to connect.
