The ideal candidate will be a role model and engineering mentor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced software solutions. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including product, engineering, experience, delivery, security, and infrastructure teams across various organizational levels. Craft Mastery and Objectives Realization: Define, measure, and drive the achievement of KPIs and NFRs related to product architecture and engineering, including aspects such as system performance, scalability, and maintainability. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
