Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary technical resource for projects across various Synapse product lines. Maintain and share technical information on the interoperability of different Fujifilm product lines. Keep existing documentation up-to-date and share important updates via the Intranet. Possess excellent technical documentation skills to create precise feature requests for product definitions. Document, plan, and implement enterprise architecture solutions. Collaborate with development teams to define new product features and enhancements. Work with marketing to define and document product specifications. Design and develop serviceability tools to enhance product deployment and troubleshooting. Plan and deploy Synapse MI software solutions in enterprise environments. Architect, deploy, and support third-party hardware and software infrastructure, including VMWare and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). Maintain an expert level of knowledge in clinical data transfer protocols (DICOM, HL7, XML, etc.). Coordinate First Of Kind deployments and manage security/vulnerability issues. Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) groups and facilitate cross-departmental forums. Review project implementations and provide constructive feedback. Participate in training and mentoring peers to foster knowledge sharing. Demonstrate leadership in resolving large-scale technical issues. Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services. Adhere to company quality and regulatory compliance requirements. Stay updated on new Synapse and IT products. Contribute to process improvements that enhance platforms and workflows. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience. 12+ years of experience with Synapse PACS, Synapse EIS, and related products. 12+ years in deploying third-party infrastructure solutions. Extensive knowledge of VMWare and cloud deployments. Expertise in RDMS, Oracle, and Oracle data solutions. Strong networking skills and experience with load balancers. At least 12 years of collaborative experience with development teams. Deep understanding of PACS and Clinical Information Systems. Proficient in at least 2 Fujifilm products (PACS, CV, EIS, Mobility, 3D, VNA). Certifications in relevant technical fields are mandatory. Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods (75-100% of work time). Manual dexterity for typing and using hand tools. Ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds. This position involves physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Travel: Occasional travel (up to 50%) may be required based on business needs.
