Role Overview: In this pivotal position, you will lead and shape the architecture of our CRM capabilities centered around Salesforce. Collaborating closely with leadership across Departments, you will define the target state of our CRM architecture and ensure our Commercial IT investments are cohesive and scalable. Extensive experience in enterprise architecture or technology leadership with a focus on CRM and related capabilities.Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and its integration with diverse business processes.Strong understanding of commercial processes across sales and customer engagement.Proven ability to translate strategies into actionable architecture decisions.Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to senior leaders.Familiarity with AI-driven CRM applications and analytics.Education Requirements:
