Role Overview: In this pivotal position, you will lead and shape the architecture of our CRM capabilities centered around Salesforce. Collaborating closely with leadership across Departments, you will define the target state of our CRM architecture and ensure our Commercial IT investments are cohesive and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the target-state architecture for Commercial IT/CRM with a focus on scalability and integration.Translate business goals into architectural patterns, integration approaches, and roadmap recommendations.Mentor and provide guidance across various capabilities such as sales, service, marketing, and customer engagement.Engage with Product Owners and engineering leaders to align product decisions with long-term architectural goals.Oversee integration points between Salesforce and other enterprise domains like ERP, data platforms, and analytics.Establish best practices and principles for CRM architecture, promoting simplicity and reuse.Communicate architecture options, risks, and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences.What You’ll Need:

Extensive experience in enterprise architecture or technology leadership with a focus on CRM and related capabilities.Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and its integration with diverse business processes.Strong understanding of commercial processes across sales and customer engagement.Proven ability to translate strategies into actionable architecture decisions.Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to senior leaders.Familiarity with AI-driven CRM applications and analytics.Education Requirements:
