Design and manage community structures including forums knowledge bases and collaboration spaces Configure user roles permissions moderation workflows and content governance Partner with business teams to improve engagement adoption and user experience Experience in the migration of Telegent Community Support integrations such as SSO analytics and external tools Monitor platform health and coordinate vendor support when required Operational Excellence Stakeholder Engagement Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Provide Level 2-3 application support and incident resolution Maintain clear documentation for configurations processes and best practices Coordinate with vendors security and infrastructure teams Support testing UAT and release management Experience Technical Skills Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
