This position will play a critical role in overseeing architectural design for complex industrial manufacturing and aerospace facilities, with emphasis on developing construction documents and ensuring compliance with building codes and life safety requirements.Key Responsibilities Oversee the development of comprehensive construction documents for aerospace and industrial manufacturing facilitiesSign and seal architectural drawings and specifications as the Architect of RecordPerform and document detailed life safety analyses for complex facilitiesCoordinate with engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycleEnsure code compliance and integration of life safety systems in architectural designsLead technical design reviews and quality control processesMentor junior staff on technical documentation and regulatory requirementsInterface with regulatory authorities during permitting and approval processesRequired Qualifications Current Florida Architectural LicenseAbility and willingness to obtain architectural licensure in additional states as projects require10+ years of architectural experience with progressive responsibilityDemonstrated experience with life safety analysis for industrial and/or aerospace facilitiesProficiency in developing construction documents for complex technical projectsStrong knowledge of applicable building codes, NFPA standards, and life safety requirementsExperience signing and sealing drawings as Architect of RecordExcellent communication and leadership skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience with aerospace facilities, launch infrastructure, or specialized industrial environmentsLEED accreditationKnowledge of sustainable design practices for industrial applicationsFamiliarity with federal and DoD facility requirementsEducationProfessional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)LocationFlorida (specific location)BenefitsBenefits include: Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program.Stock Options for all regular employees (working at least 20 hours/week)Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.Dependent on role type and job level, employees may be eligible for benefits and bonuses based on the company's intent to reward individual contributions and enable them to share in the company's results, or other factors at the company's sole discretion.
