Senior Healthcare Project Architect

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Architect to join a growing and dynamic healthcare design team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong technical leadership experience in medium to large-scale healthcare projects . In addition to healthcare, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to diverse project types including higher education, R&D, civic, and municipal projects -offering excellent exposure and career growth. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers in developing project plans and schedules Collaborate with design teams during programming and conceptual phases Lead technical development of design and construction documents for healthcare facilities Coordinate effectively with internal engineers and external consultants Develop architectural specifications with a focus on healthcare systems, materials, and infection control Lead construction administration (site observation, RFIs, submittals review) Manage small to mid-sized projects independently when required Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal standards and best practices Required Experience & Skills ✔️ 10-15 years of relevant architectural experience (preferred) ✔️ Strong background in healthcare facility design (hospitals, outpatient clinics, MOBs) ✔️ Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) ✔️ Knowledge of AutoCAD and BSD SpecLink is a plus ✔️ Solid understanding of FGI Guidelines, ADA, and healthcare codes ✔️ Experience coordinating with healthcare consultants (medical equipment planners, infection control specialists) is highly preferred ✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills ✔️ Detail-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments ✔️ Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
