Leading the internal IAM practice, the full-time Senior IAM Architect will design, implement, and enhance identity capabilities for the company while working remotely and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure a secure and scalable environment.
Key responsibilities
Lead the architecture and day-to-day maturity of the internal IAM practice across various identity management functions
Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity platforms and processes, ensuring security and functionality
Collaborate with internal teams to define identity requirements and align IAM capabilities with business needs
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with expertise in both WIAM and CIAM environments
Proven experience managing complex IAM platforms from architecture through operations in enterprise settings
Strong hands-on experience with Ping Identity products and modern identity standards such as SAML and OAuth
Experience defining roles and permissions in business terms and ensuring accurate implementation in technical systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
