Soucie Horner Design Collective is seeking a Senior Architect with luxury residential experience to join their collaborative design studio. The role involves leading architectural design and documentation for custom projects while working closely with clients and the design team to create integrated homes.

Responsibilities

Lead custom residential projects from concept through construction completionPrepare and oversee client presentations, design documentation, proposals, budgets, and drawing packagesCoordinate with architecture, interior design, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure a cohesive project visionManage project schedules and coordinate architectural work with product procurement and installation timelinesConduct site visits, oversee construction progress, and make informed field decisions to address existing conditions and unforeseen challengesServe as the primary architectural resource for clients, maintaining clear communication and delivering exceptional client experiences throughout the project lifecycle
Skills

Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture5-7 years of professional architectural experience3-5 years of luxury residential experienceProficiency in Sketching, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrates executive presence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate with confidence, patience, and authenticity while building lasting client relationshipsStrong design sensibility and attention to detailExpertise in custom residential architecture, including millwork and caseworkKnowledge of luxury materials and finishes, including lighting, plumbing fixtures, natural stone, and architectural hardwareExperience managing construction administration, site visits, and field decisionsExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple prioritiesA presence in the Naples, Southwest Florida area is preferred
