Senior Landscape Architect

Dwyer DesignScapes, a full-service residential landscape design-build company in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect with 5-10 years of residential design-build-maintain experience to lead our design-build practice from concept through construction. You will also mentor junior designers as our team grows, with a real path toward Project Manager or Design-Build Practice Lead as the company expands. Responsibilities: Lead residential landscape architecture projects end-to-end: site analysis, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentationMeet directly with clients to translate goals into functional, compelling landscape designsPrepare estimates, proposals, and presentations, and support design-build salesProduce construction drawings and detailing using DynaScape, AutoCAD, or similar CAD softwareProvide technical oversight during construction to ensure design intent is carried throughMentor junior designers on plant knowledge, technical skills, and client-facing judgmentQualifications: Kentucky license preferred; out-of-state license holders are welcome, as Kentucky offers reciprocal licensure through CLARB5-10 years of professional residential landscape design-build experienceProficiency in DynaScape, AutoCAD, or similar landscape design softwareStrong plant knowledge and attention to detailEstimating and proposal-writing experienceProject management and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent experienceCompensation and Benefits:
