Senior Lead Architect, Product Architecture

You drive significant business impact and help shape the target state architecture through your expertise in multiple architecture domains.Job Responsibilities Lead the architectural design and modernization of critical banking operations within CCB Operations TechnologyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutionsDefine and drive target state architecture for critical banking functionsEnsure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirementsMentor and guide engineering teams on best practices and architectural standardsEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriateDevelop and maintain architectural documentation and roadmapsSupport incident resolution and root cause analysis for architecture-related issuesPartner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver impactful technology initiativesPromote innovation and continuous improvement within the architecture teamCommunicate complex technical concepts to business and technology leadersRequired Qualifications , Capabilities, and SkillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experienceProven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale architecture solutionsStrong knowledge of modernization strategies for legacy systemsExpertise in cloud technologies and distributed systemsExperience with banking operations and financial services technologyAbility to lead and influence technical teamsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial servicesExperience with Agile and Dev Ops methodologiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications , Capabilities, and SkillsExperience with Cash and Check Management systemsPrior experience in architecting solutions for critical bank functionsCertification in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with modernization of mainframe and legacy applicationsDemonstrated ability to drive firmwide impact through technology leadershipAbout UsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
