Senior Lead Enterprise Architecture

Sr. Lead, Enterprise Architecture (Security & Infrastructure) Purpose of Role The Under Armour Enterprise Architecture team is responsible for ensuring alignment between architectural roadmaps, business strategies, and supporting enterprise transformation activities. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business goals Develop technical architecture, data flows and diagrams for new initiatives, current state and target system architectures Develop and socializes multi-horizon roadmaps and capability maps aligned to business strategy, value streams and funding cycles Guide and educate on architecture strategy, integration standards, and industry trends across a varied composable commerce ecosystem Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Mentor lead engineers and solution architects in modern architecture practices, composable design, and documentation quality Translate business requirements into technical specifications Build prototypes for new initiatives and evolving business needs Assist in discovery and RFx processes Support audit and compliance activitiesProduce clear, auditable artifacts and lead architecture reviews Contribute to cybersecurity, privacy and AI governance workflows – streamline intake, clarify decision criteria and reduce cycle time Stay current with industry trends and hands on development Experience with cloud platforms, core infrastructure services, network architecture, automation, and governance practices that enable stable, highly available, and supportable enterprise systems.
