The RCO Senior Learning Architect is responsible to lead training programs and projects as assigned. This role involves training new staff and updating them on new software, acting as a liaison between experts and users, and providing support during and after project launches to resolve any issues that arise Manages training projects, coordinates with vendors, ensures training materials are available, and informs associates about training requirements. Leads the development and implementation of the education program for all caregivers.
