Senior Learning Solutions Architect

About the position Partner with talent development, the enterprise learning community and subject matter experts to curate, validate, and develop content and learning resources, tools, and self-directed content to support enterprise strategy and goals. Responsibilities Consult and collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs, gaps and updates or enhancements to existing plans.Conduct needs analysis on strategic requests and recommend the best learning solutions to support business objectives in alignment with Navy Federal's strategyServe as a lead consultant and resource on professional and talent development learning to either directly or indirectly support and align with enterprise strategy and needsContribute to the development of learning strategies, tactics and solutions and design/develop/facilitate learning solutions and content for professional development, employee upskilling, etc., using a proven development life cycle to support company-wide and business unit objectives, while considering stakeholder needs and industry standardsDesign and use quantitative and qualitative methods and metrics to measure, evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and/or immersive learning plans to ensure objectives are achievedOversee the development of reference materials, support tools and leader resources that reinforce strategic learningLead, guide, and mentor team members and partner with the business to achieve desired outcomes, and in support of leaders in setting performance standards and identifying potential skill gaps related to expectationsServe as a lead liaison between the Learning Solutions team and Talent Development team (when appropriate) providing swift and thorough transitions for customers and business partnersRemain current with industry learning best practices and technical, product and program enhancementsParticipate in or manage multiple large-scale and/or cross-divisional/departmental projects and programsPartner with L&TD's Vendor Partnership team to identify opportunities to source shared vendor relationships, platforms or contentConduct needs analysis on strategic requests; identify learning gaps and recommend the best learning solutions to support business objectives in alignment with Navy Federal's strategyPerform other duties as assignedRequirements Significant experience in multi-media trainingAdvanced knowledge of Navy Federal products, services, programs, policies and proceduresAdvanced knowledge of Navy Federal's functions, philosophy, operations and organizational objectivesAdvanced knowledge of banking/financial industry standards and practicesAdvanced knowledge of Navy Federal's Strategic goals & initiativesProfessional certifications including project management (e.g. PMP), agile, evaluation, instructional design, change management, talent development, and / or learning professionalMaster's Degree in, Education, Instructional Technology, , Human Resources, business, communication, behavioral sciences, or related field or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
