Qualifications

We are seeking a licensed architect with 8-12 years of experience to join our Austin team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating thoughtful, innovative spaces and will demonstrate the following qualifications:

Experience in the design and technical development of a variety of commercial architectural and interiors projectsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other design softwareStrong project management skills and the ability to effectively lead a team of junior designersAdept at working on project design, construction documents and construction administrationStrong focus on quality controlExperience with contracts, budgeting and scheduling of projectsAbility to multi-task and work through fast paced projectsExceptional graphic and presentation skillsStrong communication skills with staff, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure project details are carried outSuperior client focused service mentalityCollaborative and a good team player with a positive attitude.LEED experience is a plus
