Your Responsibilities
In this key role, you will:

Lead the delivery of innovative technical solutions, ensuring the highest quality while managing risks.Engage in project leadership and client interactions throughout all project phases.Travel as necessary to meet client needs and project demands.Employ proven methodologies to resolve complex problems effectively.Influence necessary changes in policies and procedures that could significantly impact our business objectives.Guide and mentor teams, contributing to performance evaluations and the recruitment process.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, overseeing successful cloud solution implementations and ensuring project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, and timelines are met.Own comprehensive architecture from business requirements and conceptual design through delivery and evolution.Lead engineering teams by establishing technical guidance and architectural standards.Stay ahead of technology trends and introduce relevant modern technologies to the team.Ensure successful engineering project delivery, participating hands-on as needed.Consolidate best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership materials.Skills and Attributes for Success
The ideal candidate will possess:

A Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.5-7 years of relevant experience in solution architecture.Expertise in architecting and delivering large-scale, distributed, cloud-native systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.A strong foundation in software engineering with proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).Deep knowledge of software architecture and design principles including microservices and scalability.Experience in developing AI/ML-based business solutions.Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.Proven leadership capabilities and organizational skills.What We Offer You
