Senior Modernization Architect

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Modernization Architect, the successful candidate will lead client engagements to assess and modernize legacy systems, design cloud-native architectures, and build custom AI solutions that drive business value. Key Responsibilities: Assess legacy systems and define modernization strategies, including cloud-native architectures Design and implement custom AI agents and automation workflows tailored to client needs Lead client discovery sessions and produce actionable modernization roadmaps and architecture blueprints Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting 2+ years of hands-on experience with agentic AI or LLM-powered systems in production Proficiency in agentic orchestration frameworks and strong programming skills in Java and Python Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Ability to design RESTful and event-driven integrations
