Senior or Principal Architectural History Team Lead - West Region

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Senior or Principal Architectural History Team Lead for our West Region to drive growth and uphold the highest standards of quality. Expand and grow the architectural history practice across strategic markets and client types throughout the West Region through training and mentorship, business development, and strategic hiring.Lead the architectural history practice through direct and indirect means (influence) to be a highly effective, collaborative, client service-oriented element of the business.Maintain and improve practice area QA/QC program and ensure effective implementation.Identify technical development needs and priorities specific to the region and develop/facilitate trainings and mentorship programs to train staff.Work collaboratively with the West leadership team, as well as architectural history teams across SWCA.Manage key projects, act as Subject Matter Expert, and maintain annual productivity target of 65% or higher.Contribute to national business development efforts in architectural history, historic preservation, and multidisciplinary efforts.Support growth and performance initiatives.
