Senior Principal Architectural Engineer

Deliver architectural services that meet Worley, its customers, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, on time and within budget.Initiate, manage, and supervise architectural project requirements.Participate in project meetings, prepare progress reports, and follow required checking and review procedures.Ensure the project scope is clearly defined and that changes comply with project change management processes.Provide assistance and advice during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.Develop and review architectural design concepts, layouts, and detailed building designs.Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, design narratives, and reports.Coordinate building envelope design, life safety requirements, and accessibility compliance.Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and client specifications.Review shop drawings and submittals from contractors, fabricators, and vendors.Act as the Architectural Lead on specific projects.Define project requirements, assign tasks, and supervise progress.Mentor and support junior staff.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve technical issues. Extensive experience in architectural design within industrial or infrastructure projects.Experience in leadership roles such as Lead Architect or Discipline Manager.Strong technical design and coordination skills.Knowledge of building codes such as IBC and life safety requirements.Experience with design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM platforms.Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.
