As our Senior Project Architect, you’ll lead complex industrial, commercial and tenant improvement projects from concept through construction documents and closeout, delivering code-compliant buildable designs that exceed customer expectations. Lead the design and documentation process for multiple commercial and industrial projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable codes and standards (IBC, ADA, energy codes, etc.). Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and detailing in Revit with VDC integration. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or technical college, or 8+ years of relevant architectural experience (or combination thereof), including design and technical documentation for commercial and industrial projects. Strong understanding of building codes, construction detailing, and coordination requirements.
