Your impact

We’re seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our growing Buildings & Infrastructure team in Texas. In this role, you’ll lead architectural design and technical delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and documentation efforts from concept through construction administrationServe as Project Architect on complex building projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with codes, standards, and client requirementsCoordinate across disciplines (engineering, planning, interiors) to deliver integrated solutionsMentor and guide junior staff, fostering technical development and design excellenceManage project deliverables, schedules, and quality control processesEngage directly with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure satisfactionSupport project proposals, design presentations, and business development effortsOversee construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits

Here's what you'll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited programLicensed Architect (RA) required (Texas or ability to obtain reciprocity)10+ years of architectural experience, including leadership on complex projectsStrong knowledge of building systems, construction detailing, and code complianceProficiency with industry tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflowsExperience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing deliverablesExcellent communication, leadership, and client management skills

Ideally you'll also have

Experience in one or more sectors civic, healthcare, science & technology, commercial, or higher educationFamiliarity with sustainable design principles (LEED accreditation preferred)Experience working within large, matrixed or global organizationsAbility to contribute to business development and client growth strategies

The base salary range for this position is $110,600.00 to $172,850.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
