Senior Project Architect

Project Architect Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture is required.4+ years of professional experience across all phases of architectural projects.Architectural license is preferred (or in the process of obtaining).Project Architect Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.Experience in sectors such as Multi-Family housing, K-12 and Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, Medical, Institutional, or High-Rise projects is preferred.Strong technical skills and knowledge of codes to ensure high-quality documentation.Commitment to a collaborative design process and a positive team dynamic.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Project Architect Responsibilities:

Manage projects from inception to completion.Define project requirements and establish design criteria.Oversee scheduling, estimating, and planning for project deliverables, including drawings, models, and materials.Utilize software to create, sketch, and provide accurate project drawings.Develop strong professional client relationships.Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.What Does the Firm Offer You?
