Senior Project Architect - Industrial Facilities

As a result, a full-time position is available for a Senior Project Architect at our Dallas (TX) office or remote in the state of Texas for the candidate with the right aptitude and ability. Planning and designing structures in accordance with environmental, safety, or other regulations.Preparing contract documents, including drawings and specifications using Revit or other tools.Coordinating multi-disciplinary in-house and sub-consultant team membersWorking closely with clients, contractors and internal design/build partnersServing as a project architect on complex projects.Coordinating and leading project teamsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsDeveloping and executing project workplansMentoring younger technical staff and serving as a lead technical resourceScheduling and facilitating team and client meetingsVisiting project sites to monitor construction progress and handle construction administration.Developing and delivering presentations to clients, partners, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)May lead the development of marketing materials, proposals, or presentations to generate new work opportunities.May prepare and/or monitor budgets and work in progress for specific projects or tasks.Other tasks as assigned. Experience leading architectural teams through each stage of project development for industrial facilitiesExperience interfacing with clients and stakeholdersExperience mentoring younger technical staffExperience leading architectural teams preliminary design through construction documents, bidding and construction administration phase services for industrial facilitiesNCARB Certified Business development experience – seeking out and following through on new project opportunities in coordination with a teamExperience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors.
