Senior Project Architect | Team Lead

EHD is seeking a highly experienced, design-driven, and Licensed Architect with 7–10+ years of proven experience in high-end luxury residential architecture. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional project management capabilities, technical expertise, and a refined design sensibility who can successfully lead projects while managing and mentoring a growing architectural team. Manage multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously through all phases of architecture and construction.Oversee project schedules, timelines, budgets, and consultant coordination.Ensure projects are executed at the highest level of quality, detail, and client experience.Lead internal project reviews and maintain quality control standards across all deliverables.Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and internal design teams.Design & Technical Execution Qualifications & RequirementsLicensed Architect required.Minimum 7–10+ years of professional experience in luxury residential architecture.Proven experience managing custom high-end residential projects from concept through construction completion.Strong leadership and team management experience required.Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables successfully.High proficiency in architectural software platforms (Revit preferred).Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and detailing.Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative design environment.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. This individual will play a key role in shaping the future growth, culture, and execution standards of the architecture department at EHD.
