About the job Steele Group Architects is seeking an Architect III to lead impactful projects of varying scales that help shape communities throughout the southeastern United States. Essential Duties: Lead the technical design and execution of medium-to-large projects, evaluate and recommend solutions that align with client goals and project requirements.Provide architectural expertise in the planning, code research, design, and coordination of large-scale, complex projects.Coordinate building systems with multidisciplinary consultants and resolve complex technical problems.Apply advanced architectural principles and creative problem-solving independently throughout all phases of design.Manage complex or unique project challenges through the development of innovative techniques, processes, and solutions.Mentor and provide technical guidance to emerging architects and design staff.Support additional project and firm initiatives as directed by the firm’s Partners.
