We are looking for a Senior Project Architect / Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience to join our Philadelphia studio. This is a key role for someone who enjoys design-forward work, has strong graphic sensibilities, and brings rigor and care to technical execution: Revit modeling, construction documents, detailing, wall sections, envelope coordination, consultant coordination, code/accessibility, permitting and construction administration. We are especially interested in someone who can help strengthen our technical documentation, quality control, construction-phase capacity and office standards while contributing to the design culture of the studio. -Construction administration and consultant coordination experience This is a full-time position with real responsibility, room to grow, and the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of OOMBRA.
