Role Description

We are looking to expand our team with a motivated and inspired Project Architect. The position is for a full-time on-site role for an established professional who is looking for work that is full of meaning and purpose. As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with running and executing architectural projects. This includes managing consultants, coordinating Owner requirements, project planning and forecasting, coordinating among project teams, and ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations. You will also provide leadership in the successful implementation of building information modeling (BIM) software to create and manage project models.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the Architectural ProfessionStrong architectural design and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlinesProficiency in building information modeling (BIM) softwareExperience with project site planning, entitlements, and municipal approval processesExperience with Construction Contract AdministrationAbility to manage submittals and coordinate with project teamsKnowledge of relevant building codes and regulationsExperience with religious or institutional architecture is a plusBachelor's or master's degree in architectureArchitectural registration is a plus
