Senior Project Architect

We specialize in serving religious communities, educational organizations, and institutional clients throughout the western United States. Our expertise extends from master planning of new campus projects, to individual architectural building design, and the design of addition and remodel projects, with the renewal of historic interiors. The position is for a full-time on-site role for an established professional who is looking for work that is full of meaning and purpose. As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with running and executing architectural projects. 10+ years of experience in the Architectural ProfessionStrong architectural design and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlinesProficiency in building information modeling (BIM) softwareExperience with project site planning, entitlements, and municipal approval processesExperience with Construction Contract AdministrationAbility to manage submittals and coordinate with project teamsKnowledge of relevant building codes and regulationsExperience with religious or institutional architecture is a plusBachelor's or master's degree in architectureArchitectural registration is a plus
