I'm recruiting for an employee-owned national firm with a serious reputation in gaming, hospitality and large-scale commercial work, based in their Las Vegas studio.
This is a technical leadership role. You'll own the documentation and delivery side, holding quality from design development through to construction.
What you'll do
Lead construction documents and construction administration. Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams. Hold quality and technical standards across the project. Mentor less experienced staff. Be the person trusted to get the details right on complex hospitality and entertainment work.
What you'll need
A licensed architect, or actively pursuing licensure with NCARB. A professional degree in architecture. Around 8 years or more of experience. Strong CD and CA experience. Advanced Revit and confident consultant coordination. Based in Las Vegas or ready to relocate.
