This exciting opportunity will lead project teams focused on delivering architectural and engineering services for industrial facilities and other projects, playing a key role in expanding Mead & Hunt's industrial market. May prepare and/or monitor budgets and work in progress for specific projects or tasks. Experience leading architectural teams through each stage of project development for industrial facilities Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders Experience mentoring younger technical staff Experience leading architectural teams preliminary design through construction documents, bidding and construction administration phase services for industrial facilities NCARB Certified Business development experience – seeking out and following through on new project opportunities in coordination with a team Experience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors.
