Senior Project Architect / Architectural Project Manager - Multifamily & Mixed-Use Development

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Architect to become a key member of our team and help establish the design standards, technical excellence, and collaborative culture that will define our company for years to come. This position is responsible for leading the planning, design, documentation, and execution of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and transit-oriented development projects from concept through construction. Lead multifamily, mixed-use, retail, urban infill, and transit-oriented development projects through every phase, including: Site Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Permitting, Construction Administration Translate design concepts into technically sound, efficient, and buildable solutions while maintaining the original design intent. Technical Leadership & Documentation You'll help shape projects from the earliest stages of planning, collaborate directly with ownership and the development team, and influence decisions that determine the long-term success of each community we build.
