Senior Project Architect and Manager

Join Our Innovative Team as a Senior Project Architect and Manager! Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a motivated Senior Project Architect and Manager to be part of our talented team. Craft compelling presentation documents utilizing your design expertise and actively participate in design presentations to clients.Transform innovative design concepts into detailed construction documents.Be responsible for preparing accurate contract drawings.Coordinate with a collaborative team of architects and engineers.Engage with vendors to assess specific products that will be integrated into our documents.Conduct thorough code reviews and liaise with local code officials to ensure compliance with regulations and specific local code requirements.Review and respond to contractor requests during the bidding phase and manage the issuance of addenda to contractors.Monitor construction progress through field visits and compile comprehensive field reports.Travel to project sites for client meetings and inspections, approximately 25% of the time.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.A minimum of 12 years of experience as a Project Architect, with a valid U.S. Prior experience working with facilities for federal government clients is a plus.Salary and Benefits:
