Senior Project Architect

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced architectural professional with a strong background in project leadership, client engagement, and team development. The ideal candidate will lead complex architectural projects, oversee multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and build strong long-term client relationships.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management capability, and strong communication skills to successfully deliver high-quality projects across institutional and commercial markets.Required Qualifications 12–15 years of experience in architecture, architectural project management, or technical design leadershipProven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams from concept/design through construction completionStrong client-facing consulting experience with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationshipsExperience delivering projects within Higher Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Corporate, or other institutional marketsStrong understanding of architectural design processes, project delivery methods, design coordination, and construction documentationAbility to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and client expectationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related disciplineProfessional portfolio required for architecture-focused candidatesPreferred SkillsDemonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop architects, designers, and project team membersExperience expanding client relationships and identifying opportunities for future project workStrong presentation, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining project quality and client satisfactionCollaborative leadership style with a focus on teamwork and cross-functional coordinationSuccess ProfileThe ideal candidate is a seasoned architectural leader who combines technical depth with exceptional interpersonal skills.
