Senior Project Architect

Together, we are EXP. Your work environment at EXP In this role, you will be a part of the Aviation buildings team, of the Buildings Sector, based in St Louis, Missouri. Ability to coordinate with a multi-discipline team of architects and engineers, both in-house staff and outside subconsultants, ensuring the project is detailed and executed to maintain the design concept with technical astuteness and within the project budget.Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.Develop presentation documents and participate in presentations to clientsDevelop design concepts under the leadership of the Principal DesignerParticipate in design phase activities by providing expertise in detail developmentDevelop construction drawings and specifications for all project phasesEnsure that designs meet applicable building code requirementsAssist with all corresponding bid and construction phase activities in the office and in the field With a mission to understand, innovate, partner and deliver, EXP provides engineering, architecture, design and consulting services to the world’s built and natural environments.
