This leadership role is ideal for an experienced architect with a strong background in casino and hospitality design who enjoys mentoring project teams, leading technical execution, and working directly with clients from concept through construction. QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).10+ years of architectural experience.Licensed Architect required.Advanced proficiency with Revit.Recent experience with casino, gaming, hospitality, or large commercial projects.Proven experience leading and mentoring architectural teams.Strong communication and client relationship skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
