💰 Salary: $132,000 – $205,000 annually + Bonus, Equity & Benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Designer to lead architectural design efforts across complex projects in healthcare, education, civic, and community-focused sectors. This role will oversee design teams, manage client relationships, and drive design excellence from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design projects from schematic design through construction completion.Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong project relationships.Develop design concepts, presentations, narratives, and visual materials.Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and regulatory agencies.Mentor junior designers and support team development.Maintain design quality, code compliance, and project objectives.Manage design schedules, budgets, documentation, and technical requirements.Support business development efforts, proposals, and client presentations.Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.10+ years of architectural design experience with project leadership responsibilities.Strong knowledge of architectural design, building systems, construction documents, and codes.Designing experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, medical centers, rehabilitation centers, higher education institutions, K–12 schools (elementary, middle, and high schools), courthouses, police stations, civic and government buildings, and health hubs.Experience managing design teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.Proficiency with CAD and architectural visualization tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
