In addition to this, we also support our team through: Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Licensed Architect in California (required for Senior Project Architect designation) Minimum 10 years of experience with demonstrated technical proficiency across all phases of architectural practice Strong knowledge of building codes, systems, materials, and construction documentation Proven experience mentoring staff and leading technical teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage priorities, make sound decisions, and work collaboratively Understanding of contractual obligations, scopes of work, and fee structures Willingness to travel as needed The salary range for this position is $105,682 - $158,086.
