Senior Project Architect

Our multi-practice architectural design firm specializes in diverse studios including K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Civic, Corporate/Science & Technology, and Senior Living. We are actively engaged in substantial projects across nine states, ranging from $1M to over $200M. The Senior Project Architect will play a crucial role in comprehensive project design, coordination, and construction management. 5 to 15 years of relevant experience.A professional degree in architecture is a must.Licensure as an architect is preferred; LEED® accreditation is a plus.Proficiency in Revit is required.Experience in designing and coordinating new constructions, expansions, and renovations.Strong understanding of design processes, construction documentation, construction administration, and materials.Preferred Skills and Experience Exceptional communication skills for engaging with diverse clients and professionals.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Effective time management skills, especially in managing multiple projects.Location
