Sponsorship: Immigration related employment benefits, e.g. visa sponsorship, are not available for this position.Third-Party Recruiting: Position not approved for third-party recruiters.Click for detailsB&N Senior Project Architect ResponsibilitiesInitiate design concepts, lead the development of construction documents, and carry a project through the construction administration process for multiple project types and sizes.Responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with all project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule.Conduct technical reviews in support of our Quality Control program.Interact with clients on a regular basis. Attend meetings with client/contractor related to architectural aspects. Present and sell design solutions at client meetings and public hearings.Plan, schedule, coordinate, and oversee the work of junior-level Architects and mentor other staff members as needed.Assist in development of proposals.Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture required from an NAAB accredited programRegistered Architect in Ohio with a NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocityTen or more years of related experienceDemonstrated ability to develop fee proposalsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, REVIT, AutoCAD, and BluebeamClient interfacing experienceExcellent communication skills and detail orientedSelf-motivated and adaptable #J-18808-Ljbffr
