They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Architect to lead and coordinate complex architectural projects from conception through completion.

In this pivotal role, you will drive innovative design solutions, ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, and uphold the highest standards of construction documentation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of all project phases.
Oversee the creation of detailed construction drawings, construction detail documentation, and building information modeling (BIM) using Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, and other CAD software.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams through negotiation and effective communication to align project objectives and resolve design or construction challenges.
Manage the production of high-quality renderings, 3D modeling for architectural design using 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp, and other visualization tools to enhance project presentations.
Ensure all designs comply with building code regulations, accessibility standards, construction regulatory requirements, and sustainable design principles.
Supervise the preparation of construction estimates and assist in construction management activities including site visits and quality control inspections.
Facilitate business development efforts by preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and identifying new project opportunities aligned with firm expertise.

Experience

Proven experience as a Licensed Project Architect or Senior Architect with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in complex architectural projects across various sectors such as education, healthcare, renovation or interior design.
Extensive knowledge of construction processes including construction management, estimating, budgeting, and contract administration.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), BIM tools (NavisWorks), graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite), and 3D modeling programs (3ds Max, Rhino 3D).
Familiarity with construction accessibility regulations and building code analysis to ensure compliance throughout all project stages.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Strong negotiation skills for client interactions and vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and foster long-term relationships.
Experience in sustainable design practices and innovative architectural solutions that prioritize environmental responsibility.

Pay: $96,478.42 - $126,189.06 per year
