Senior Project Architect

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of RS&H's Jacksonville footprint and be a part of our voice in the market. Our successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening our architectural team design and operations, leading and mentoring young associates, developing relationships with current and new clients in the region, have the opportunity to work with other talented, entrepreneurial minded people, share a collaborative environment and work with a diverse client list. May also manage discipline and small multidisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to company and project contractual requirements.Engage with clients and strengthen our presence within the region as a service provider that focuses cost effective and creative design solutions.Utilize and encourage the best uses of design technologies for presentation and production purposes while championing BIM technologies.This position performs all conventional aspects of architectural design and development, including the planning and conducting of architectural work requiring more advanced techniques.
