Building Evolution is looking for a team member with:

 

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, construction technology, or similar. 5+ years demonstrated experience in project management.The demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and team members to progress projects, provide guidance, solve problems.Technical understanding of high-performance building of Mechanical and Enclosure systems.Deep understanding of building science including psychometrics as applied to building enclosures, building pressure dynamics, diagnostic testing, and interaction of HVAC and building enclosure systems.Develop and write reports that detail building components as well as describe energy efficiency measures to improve design and control for new and existing facilities.Performing on-site inspections and testing involving visual observation and diagnostic testing of building performance issues, enclosure/mechanical system failures.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with ability to lead meetings and present technical information clearly.Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and solve problems in a dynamic project environment.

Additional preferred qualifications: 

Hands-on experience with mechanical systems commissioning and in-field trouble shooting is beneficial.Active Professional Engineer (PE) licensed to practice in Massachusetts5+ years of licensed experience in engineering HVAC systems
