Senior Project Manager, Architecture and Construction

***This position will be Remote, with a preference for candidates in Florida*** Join Us in Creating Exceptional HospitalityWe're looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our in-house Architecture, Design & Construction team at Hilton. If you're passionate about managing the full design and construction process and creating outstanding properties that delight guests and reflect local cultures, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Lead and manage the entire design and construction process, including new developments and renovations for all Hilton brands.Act as a liaison for Owners and Development partners to ensure adherence to Hilton brand standards while facilitating connections across the region for successful project execution.Develop and oversee project schedules, track critical milestones, and ensure timely project openings.Proactively identify risks and manage issues effectively, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.Utilize your problem-solving skills to collaboratively evaluate options and implement effective solutions that align with team and business objectives.Collaborative Engagement: Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.Strong knowledge of hospitality construction with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Familiarity with international Fire & Life Safety codes (NFPA).Experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar software.Your Benefits:When you join Hilton, you'll enjoy incredible perks including travel discounts, stock purchase opportunities, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits, all designed to help you thrive both personally and professionally.
