Senior Project Manager - Architecture

MSA Professional Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Architecture to lead the successful delivery of municipal and industrial projects throughout Wisconsin. Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of project delivery, including pursuit, planning, design, construction, and closeoutManage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and client expectations for municipal and industrial projectsDevelop project management plans, QA/QC plans, project schedules, and resource plans to ensure successful outcomesMonitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessaryEnsure projects are delivered with a high level of quality while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction Strong project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver successful project outcomes Exceptional client relationship skills Strong financial acumen and understanding of project performance metrics Proven mentoring, leadership, and team development capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills Compensation Range: $99,800–$159,000 annually (commensurate with experience)Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – As a 100% employee-owned company, eligible employees receive company shares at no costFlex Time: Work 42 hours this week?
