Senior Project Manager, Architecture and Construction

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our in-house Architecture, Design & Construction team at Hilton. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the entire design and construction process, including new developments and renovations for all Hilton brands.
• Act as a liaison for Owners and Development partners to ensure adherence to Hilton brand standards while facilitating connections across the region for successful project execution.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, track critical milestones, and ensure timely project openings.
• Proactively identify risks and manage issues effectively, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to collaboratively evaluate options and implement effective solutions that align with team and business objectives.

Collaborative Engagement:
• Partner with Ownership, Leadership, and Corporate teams to align design narratives, brand values, and strategic goals.
• Represent design initiatives in key meetings and provide tailored project-specific solutions.
• Work with project teams to ensure compliance with brand standards throughout the project lifecycle, including shop drawing reviews, specifications, and material selection.

Deliverable Ownership:
• Ensure alignment on brand standards, narratives, and goals with all stakeholders for optimal outcomes.
• Actively collaborate with project teams to uphold brand standards while reviewing and selecting materials for projects.
What You Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:
• 7+ years of professional experience in project management or construction.
• 5+ years specifically in construction management or project coordination within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality construction with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with international Fire & Life Safety codes (NFPA).
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar software.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000, based on experience and location. Eligible team members can participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive Plan and employee benefits program.
