About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager – Architecture to support and oversee architectural projects from conceptual design through construction documentation and construction administration.
The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural design and technical expertise, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and experience coordinating with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
This role is suited for an architectural professional who can balance design, technical execution, project coordination, and team leadership while maintaining project quality, timelines, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to architectural design phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Develop practical, creative, and site-responsive architectural solutions aligned with client requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Oversee and mentor junior architects, designers, and interns.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, construction inspections, and coordination meetings.
Prepare meeting minutes, field reports, and project documentation.
Research materials, building products, and construction systems.
Ensure designs comply with applicable zoning regulations, building codes, ADA/accessibility requirements, and sustainability objectives.
Support project schedule, budget, and deliverable tracking.
Identify and resolve design, technical, and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience.
Professional architectural licensure is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction methodologies.
Knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and applicable building regulations.
Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Architectural project coordination and delivery experience.
Construction administration experience.
Experience with site inspections and field coordination.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
Experience mentoring junior architectural professionals.
Knowledge of sustainable design and accessibility requirements.
