Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multi-discipline design projects from inception to completion.Develop business strategies and foster relationships that drive project acquisition and growth.Implement effective communication with clients and project teams ensuring seamless project delivery.Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources while enhancing business value through proven project management techniques.Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Travel to other offices as needed to collaborate and share knowledge.What You'll Need: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.Registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years in vertical building programs.5+ years in management or leadership roles with direct client interaction.Demonstrable experience managing large, complex projects across various market sectors.Proficiency in utilizing design and project management tools like REVIT, AutoCAD, and others.Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with diverse teams and clients.Preferred Qualifications:
